So much to see and do

Contact reception for details of our round-the-city bus trip. It stops at various places of interest and you can choose to return at set times during the course of the afternoon. (Peak season only, subject to demand).

How about a day's excursion to the Isle of Wight. Travel by coach via the ferry and tour the Island's beauty spots and unique places of interest. Or discover the City of Portsmouth's 800 years of maritime history during a cruise around the harbour.

There are mountain and BMX bikes for hire. On site are table tennis and pool tables to keep the children entertained there is an amusement arcade. In season we offer the use of our Heated Outdoor Pool. There is a great Playpark for children under 12years.

Other local activities include a pitch and putt golf course, sailing, swimming off the beach or at The Pyramids with its four pools and other delights.

Southsea offers a wealth of restaurants, cafes, nightspots and summer shows to suit all tastes, or a  short walk away you can soak up the atmosphere while having a quiet drink in the Top Deck at Southsea Marina.

These are just a few of the activities you can enjoy when you make Southsea Leisure Park the base for your holiday.

Restaurants and Bars

Enjoy a superb meal at the in Nelson's Bar. Alternatively when the weather is fine, have fun in the open at our char-barbeque.

Whilst the Quarterdeck offers entertainment most evenings in high season, Nelson's Bar offers a quiter atmosphere in which to enjoy a quiet meal or just a drink. You will love the traditional maritime decor with a them around the history of Admiral Lord Nelson.

During peak months, char-barbeques will be held for that something different to provide entertainment for the whole family. (Weather permitting and subject to demand)

Outside Catering and Functions

From September through to June we pride ourselves on the quality of catering for any function, be it wedding or private party, business seminar or fashion show. For any number of people from 15 to 150.

Whatever the occasion, we will be pleased to provide you with a quotation for that special social event. And it will be atime to remember, we will make sure of that. Simply contact our Functions Supervisor who will be pleased to provide you with any information or put forward some tailormade ideas.
